• All earnings are subject to verification and compliance review

You agree not to:

• Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
• Create multiple accounts to manipulate the system
• Misrepresent the Platform or income potential
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with the Platform's operation or security

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to:

• Minimum withdrawal thresholds
• Identity verification requirements
• Processing times as specified on the Platform
• Applicable fees and conversion rates

7. Limitation of Liability

Pan Freedom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to the Platform in the preceding 12 months.
